New Billing Software

In an effort to provide the best services to our customers, United Telephone has purchased and will implement new billing software as of April 1, 2009.

New enhancements include:

  • Bundle Packaging
  • Going GREEN with combined billing for multiple phone numbers
  • More bill detail
  • Up to the moment transaction history on our online billing console
  • Recurring Payments

The current website for our online billing service will be removed and a new one will replace it. If there is bill history on the current website that our customers need for tax purposes, we are asking you to please save this information to your computer now and prior to April 1, 2009.

Each customer that currently uses our online billing console will be required to re-enroll in the new site and re-enter your banking/credit/debit information. Any recurring payments that are scheduled after April 1, 2009, on the old billing console will not be paid. Please make sure to re-enroll when the new site is operational.

We are excited about our new billing software and the enhancements we can offer our customers. In an effort to Go GREEN, we are now able to offer combined billing. If you have multiple phone numbers and are receiving a bill for each number, you can request that all your numbers be combined in one bill.
